Laboratory facilities overviewe
R&D and pilot laboratories have 30 fume hoods for small-scale research, pilot-scale amplification, and kilogram-level preparation work.
Reactor configuration
The laboratories are equipped with 30L reactors (number not specified), 8 50L reactors, and 8 100L reactors capable of conducting reactions between -100 to 200℃.
Analysis and detection facilities
Analysis and detection facilities include 2 gas chromatographs, 8 liquid chromatographs, a Calfisch moisture meter, pH meter, melting point meter, and other detection equipment.
Production workshop reactor configuration
The production workshop houses 23 reactors: 8 of 1000L, 14 of 2000L, and 1 of 3000L, all able to perform reactions from -100 to 200℃.
R&D team composition
The R&D team comprises 45 personnel, including 6 doctors, 3 master’s students, and 36 undergraduates.
